As a Strategy Analyst at MR Ingenieros SAS, you will work closely with senior management to analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, evaluating business performance, and helping implement initiatives that drive the company's long-term objectives.

• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to support strategic planning.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of business strategies, initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify insights and recommendations for management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate strategic findings and recommendations.
• Support the management team in strategic decision-making processes and project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and understand business challenges.
• Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify areas for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Assist in preparing business cases for new initiatives, including risk assessment and ROI analysis.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive landscape insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, PESTEL).
• Exposure to business consulting, corporate strategy, or management projects.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Previous experience in the engineering, technology, or related sectors is a plus.
