Conduct market, competitor, and internal business research to identify business improvement opportunities, and support strategic planning across key business verticals.
Monitor business performance and prepare management reports and business review materials, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
Support strategic and transformation projects across multiple business functions, including credit, payments, insurance, and banking, from opportunity assessment through implementation, execution tracking, and performance review.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to diagnose business challenges, align action plans, and drive project execution.
Identify operational inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities through data analysis, market insights, and stakeholder engagement.
Work with senior stakeholders on business planning, business reviews, and other group-level strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and above in Finance, General Business, Business Analytics or in a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in strategy & operations, business analysis, consulting, fintech, retail banking, or financial institutions.
Structured thinking, research, and slide-writing capability.
Proven data analytics expertise to support business performance tracking and informed decision-making.
Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to take initiative in driving actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
