About the Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across several cross-functional teams in order to support the development of the overall strategy for APAC Business Marketing.
- Drive alignment across global, regional teams by setting up and maintaining the right cadence of the business, including managing key meeting agenda, Townhalls and QBRs.
- Support bi-annual planning cycles and relevant prioritization and planning processes.
- Regularly report on marketing activities, OKRs and results. Attend and contribute to departmental meetings and strategy sessions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing budget, tracking all marketing expenses against allocated funds and continuously allocating across various marketing channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Implement and oversee a budget governance process to ensure compliance with financial and corporate guidelines, as well as regular reporting on budget utilization.
- Drill into the performance of our marketing channels to identify optimal Go-To-Market strategies and offer actionable insights to drive continuous channel optimization towards higher ROI.
- Set up regular reporting on Go-To-Market strategies to track improvements against targets.
- Drive strategic initiatives to optimally set up our organization and operating model and drive growth of the business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive senior leadership experience in media, digital advertising, marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing development teams, including experience scaling across international, cross-border markets and managing regional market complexity.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in handling projects end to end in cross functional environment.
- Understanding of international business and culture.
