The Organisation is seeking a talent acquisition/strategy professional who enjoys operating beyond transactional recruitment, and is keen to contribute strategically to how an international organisation attracts, engages and pipelines talent globally.

While the role will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, the position also carries broader responsibilities across employer branding, talent engagement strategy, recruitment planning, candidate pipelining, stakeholder management and outreach initiatives. This includes opportunities to participate in overseas recruitment activities and engagement programmes across countries such as Japan and Korea.

The successful hire (5 - 8 years experience) may come from Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding or broader HR partnering environments, but should demonstrate a strong interest in strategic talent engagement and proactive workforce planning. Experience engaging senior stakeholders, managing recruitment programmes, organising outreach initiatives, or building talent pipelines across regional markets will be viewed favourably.

The environment will suit individuals who enjoy balancing strategy with execution, someone who is equally comfortable conceptualising new talent initiatives, engaging stakeholders, representing the organisation externally, while still remaining hands-on operationally when required. As this is a lean and collaborative HR team, the hire can also expect exposure to broader HR initiatives and opportunities to contribute meaningfully within a highly visible international environment.

As it is typical with International Organisations, this is a permanent employment structured as a 24 month term to start before being rebased on a permanent contract basis. This position is applicable to Singaporeans & PRs.
