Job description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for datacenter direct sales to key strategic customers he or she is expected to achieve revenue target assigned by the company and maintain good customer relationship thereby growing the revenue over time. Candidates with datacenter and/ or telecommunications experiences preferred, including candidates from datacenter equipment providers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain key relationships with assigned strategic customer including developing new ones.
- Develop, execute sales strategies to achieve sales target assigned by the company.
- Support daily sales enquiries from commercial perspective and respond to RFXs including all follow-up actions to secure the deal.
- Supports sales related matters, not limited to service delivery, billing and post sales services, site visitation by customers.
- Negotiate with customers on MSA, Service Agreements and Order Forms, including working on any customer's RFX to win the business deals.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the solution meet customer requirement.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers at all levels as well as to provide best-in-class customer service to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Provide sales report and formulate sales pipeline for each customer account and respective region.
- After-sales support including service performance review, process improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in datacenter, and/ or telecommunications market with direct sales experience. Candidates from datacenter equipment providers welcome to apply.
- Experience negotiating and selling into hyperscale customers highly desired.
- Demonstrable sales track record with a strong rolodex of referenceable customers.
- Good knowledge in datacenter colocation, network products and services in the local market context.
- Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good communications and presentation skills, a positive personality, mindset, and the ability to follow through with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English is a must and an ability to communicate in Chinese desirable with Cantonese speaking ability a strong bonus.
- Good IT knowledge (word, excel, PowerPoint, video conferencing software) required.
