Partner with the Sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans for key named clients.
Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, engaging, and closing opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
Build and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders, gaining deep insight into their business challenges and delivering value-driven solutions.
Act as a liaison between field teams and Global Accounts, supporting new agreements, value-add initiatives, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) strategies, and wallet-share growth.
Manage and maintain a robust pipeline across named accounts, including renewals, project opportunities, and expansion initiatives.
Provide regular updates to management on customer engagement, opportunity pipeline, renewal status, and progress against strategic plans.
Collaborate in solution development to effectively meet customer needs.
Engage supplier sales teams to leverage their expertise and co-create tailored solutions.
Requirement:
Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) required Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proven experience in sales development and strategic account management
Prior experience with ICT/Data Center solutions will be advantageous.
Demonstrated track record of building, maintaining, and growing key client relationships
Solid understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, production processes, and coordination of teams and resources
Ability to identify growth potential within assigned accounts and proactively create new opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and sustain meaningful client relationships
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Experience operating within a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
