Job Title: Strategic Program Specialist

Location: Singapore

Role Overview:

The Strategic Program Specialist strengthens the execution of the organization's strategic program by coordinating crossteam activities, maintaining structured reporting, analyzing data, tracking budgets, and preparing highquality executive communication materials. The role also explores collaboration opportunities with external companies and universities. This position ensures predictable program execution, clear visibility for leadership, and the translation of complex, ambiguous inputs into structured, actionable outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination & Operational Support

  • Coordinate activities within the organization crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and timely progress.
  • Maintain structured program and initiative dashboards, timelines, action logs, risk/issue management, and dependency tracking.
  • Drive and track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
  • Ensure followthrough on decisions and commitments.

Structured Reporting, Data Analysis & Budget Tracking

  • Develop and maintain structured reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into program and initiative status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, gaps, and insights that support decision making.
  • Track initiative budgets, spending, and resource utilization; highlight variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Consolidate unstructured, ambiguous, or incomplete inputs into clear, structured, and actionable summaries.

Executive Communication & Presentation Development

  • Prepare highquality presentations, reports, and narrative updates for executive reviews, steering committees, and external partners.
  • Translate complex, technical, or uncertain information into concise, compelling, and visually clear materials
  • Support the leader in structuring strategic discussions, synthesizing insights, and shaping communication for senior stakeholders.

External Collaboration & Engagement

  • Identify potential collaboration opportunities with companies, universities, and research institutions aligned with program priorities.
  • Conduct initial outreach, gather information, and assess strategic fit.
  • Coordinate exploratory meetings, prepare briefing materials, and document outcomes.
  • Track partnership opportunities and support next step evaluation (e.g., pilots, joint research, co-development).

Success Indicators

  • Program execution is predictable, visible, and aligned across teams.
  • Leadership receives concise, accurate, insight rich updates and presentations.
  • Data driven insights and structured reporting improve decision quality.
