Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage communication and project updates.
- Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and technical teams, to ensure effective project execution.
- Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, progress, and performance while providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge and industry network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical-related industries will be advantageous.
- Strong project planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
