Responsibilities
- Define and lead strategic programs that attract and engage developer communities, including indie, mobile, and PC developers, while establishing scalable partnership frameworks across new market segments and verticals.
- Drive initiatives leveraging agentic AI and emerging technologies to support content creation, development tools, and innovative interactive experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, creators, and studios, identifying high-potential opportunities across gaming and emerging technology ecosystems.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot new content formats, products, and experiences enabled by advancements in AI and emerging technologies.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
- Represent programs externally through industry events, developer communities, and strategic stakeholder engagements.
- Define success metrics, monitor program performance, and communicate insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Source and develop partnership opportunities by staying ahead of industry trends within AI, gaming, developer ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
- Adapt programs and priorities in response to evolving technologies, market developments, and business needs while effectively communicating impacts to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in program management, business development, strategic partnerships, developer relations, or related fields within technology, gaming, or digital ecosystems.
- Proven ability to design, launch, and scale programs in fast-paced and evolving environments.
- Strong understanding of gaming, developer, creator, or technology ecosystems, particularly within mobile and/or PC environments.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application to content creation, software development, developer tooling, or user experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.
- Fluency in English and Korean, with good understanding of cultural nuances and corporate etiquette within the Korean market as this role will be working closely with Korean-speaking stakeholders (internal and external) who are based in South Korea.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep expertise within gaming, interactive entertainment, developer ecosystems, creator platforms, or emerging technology sectors.
- Experience with agentic AI, generative AI tools, or AI-assisted development workflows.
- Track record of building developer community programs, partnership initiatives, or developer relations functions.
- Understanding of mobile, PC, and digital distribution ecosystems.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and the evolving role of AI in content creation and development.
- Experience working with developers, creators, partners, and stakeholders across APAC.
- Experience engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
