Develop regional product marketing strategies, annual expansion targets, and implementation plans aligned with the company's transformation product strategy.
Analyze regional market trends, competition, and customer needs to define product use cases, target customer segments, and growth models.
Organize regional product promotion activities, including marketing campaigns, content creation, co-marketing, and roadshows/workshops to increase product awareness and opportunity conversion.
Lead local execution of product expansion plans, providing product enablement, strategic guidance, use case solutions, and expansion methodologies for country teams.
Support regional bids for key transformation products, including pre-bid planning, scenario design, competitive strategy, and value proposition development.
Collaborate closely with the product central team to ensure solutions, resources, and project delivery capabilities are effectively implemented regionally.
Establish a regional product performance analysis system, regularly reporting on target achievement, opportunity funnel, product penetration, and competitive landscape.
Promote regional ecosystem development by engaging partners (industry ISVs, platform providers, hardware/software vendors, etc.) to co-create scenario-based solutions and marketing activities.
Document and share product best practices and case studies for replication by regional and country sales teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, Marketing, or related fields.
Familiarity with telecom products (Transmission, IP, IDC, Cloud, Integrated Services, Emerging Business) and relevant experience in ICT/Cloud/IoT/AI product marketing, solution, or product operations (3+ years preferred).
Strong understanding of emerging products (ICT integration, AI, Cloud, IoT), market trends, and business opportunity models.
Highly responsible, self-motivated, strong learning ability, execution skills, and ability to work under pressure; clear logical thinking and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong cross-team collaboration skills; able to coordinate product central, country sales, and technical teams; willing to travel.
Proficient in Windows and office software; strong analytical skills.
Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin.
