Strategic Planning Manager / Project Manager / Project Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore, allowing for a mix of on-site and remote work. The Strategic Planning Manager / Project Manager / Project Analyst will lead and manage strategic initiatives, analyze project data, and contribute to planning, execution, and evaluation of organizational projects. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, identifying areas for improvement, developing business plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that initiatives align with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Planning, Financial Analysis, and budgeting
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Planning with the ability to develop actionable insights and strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in non-profit or community-focused organizations is advantageous
• Proficiency in project management tools and financial software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
