Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Planning Manager, Business Analyst, and Project Assistant based in Singapore, with the flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will manage strategic planning initiatives, perform in-depth business analysis, and assist in the execution of projects. Responsibilities include creating and evaluating business plans, analyzing financial and operational data, supporting decision-making with insights, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You will also be responsible for facilitating communication, preparing reports, and coordinating project timelines to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Business Planning and Planning skills to design and execute strategic initiatives, including experience with business models and operational frameworks.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Proficient Communication skills, including report creation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure clarity and alignment with team and organizational goals.
- Understanding of Finance and budgeting principles to assess and support resource allocation, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a structured and detail-oriented manner.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred, with relevant work experience in a similar role.
