We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join a Strategic Planning team within a leading public sector organisation.
This role sits at the centre of long-term strategy development, supporting national-level digital transformation efforts.
The Job:
- Develop long-term strategies to support digital transformation priorities
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps across multiple teams
- Identify and assess emerging opportunities in technology and industry trends
- Conduct research and synthesis of policy, market, and regulatory developments
- Support evidence-based planning and decision-making through data and insights
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across government and external organisations
- Track programme outcomes and recommend adjustments to strategic direction where needed
- Support resource planning and alignment of strategic initiatives
The Talent:
- At least 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, policy, or related fields
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations clearly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Public sector experience is a plus but not required
