We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic individual to join the Regional Brand & Growth Team. This role will own and drive the commercial workstream for strategic partnership initiatives, playing a critical role in identifying, structuring, and executing high-impact partnerships that drive platform growth and topline performance. As the Commercial Lead in Strategic Partnerships, you will work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to develop scalable commercial frameworks, align stakeholders, and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
Job Description
- Own and drive the commercial workstream for regional partnership initiatives, including opportunity sizing, business case development, financial modelling, and commercial analysis
- Evaluate and structure new partnership opportunities through data-driven assessment of growth impact and strategic fit
- Develop clear commercial recommendations and decision frameworks to support senior leadership decision-making
- Engage and collaborate with external stakeholders to advance the partnership agenda
- Drive cross-functional alignment at the regional level, translating strategic priorities into actionable execution plans for country teams
- Act as the central point of coordination across functions and markets to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain execution momentum
- Track project progress against key milestones and KPIs, ensuring disciplined governance and performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, e-commerce, internet, or other high-growth environments
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in business case development, opportunity sizing, and deep-dive data analysis
- Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional initiatives across markets
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to evolving business needs
