In this role, you will drive high-value, enterprise-level partnerships that advance SG Enable's strategic priorities and create meaningful ecosystem impact. You will identify, engage and secure strategic partnerships, grow a strong network of inclusive partners committed to advancing disability inclusion. Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will help shape initiatives that strengthen disability inclusion across workplaces, communities, and everyday life
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Business Development
- Identify ecosystem gaps and opportunities across sectors aligned to organisational priorities and the Enabling Masterplan 2030.
- Develop partnership strategies and engagement plans.
- Prospect and engage new organisations and strategic partners.
- Build relationships with partners to understand their strategic priorities and develop solutions.
- Facilitate MOU signing and strategic collaborations.
- Pilot new inclusive initiatives, capture best practices across sectors
- Support national-level initiatives, taskforce discussions, and inter-agency collaborations.
- Have a good overview of ecosystem mapping and partnership pipeline.
Strategic Partnership Management
- Manage and strengthen strategic partnerships by conducting regular partnership reviews to assess progress and ensure alignment with SG Enable's strategic priorities and shared outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal business units to deliver partnership commitments and drive successful implementation of joint initiatives.
- Monitor partnership outcomes and milestones, prepare and provide regular management reports to management on progress and impact to support decision making.
- Cultivate long-term partner relationships by maintaining regular engagement, understanding evolving partner needs, identifying opportunities to expand collaboration, and recognising partner contributions to strengthen commitment to disability inclusion.
Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate relations, partnership development and management, or stakeholder engagement or a related field, preferably in the public, people and social impact sector.
- Strong understanding of the people sector, grassroots organisations, social enterprises, government and public agencies, and corporate organisations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and business development capability with proven ability to identify opportunities and develop partnership strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes within timelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
