We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in building and nurturing relationships with external stakeholders, with a primary focus on fundraising, corporate partnerships and sponsorships, while also supporting our volunteer management efforts.

About the Role
As a Strategic Partnership Executive, you will help grow and strengthen the Home's network of supporters and partners. You will have the opportunity to develop new partnerships, manage fundraising initiatives and contribute to projects that directly benefit our residents and the wider community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, volunteers, community organisations and other stakeholders to support the Home's fundraising and engagement goals.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities, with a primary focus on fundraising, sponsorship and corporate partnerships.
- Plan and implement fundraising campaigns, events and partnership initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate fundraising and volunteer engagement projects, ensuring smooth execution and effective stakeholder management.
- Support donor and volunteer engagement through effective communication, stewardship and recognition initiatives.
- Manage relevant fundraising platforms and maintain accurate and up-to-date donor, volunteer and stakeholder records.
- Prepare partnership proposals, grant applications, reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for project and committee meetings.
- Contribute to other departmental initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or Diploma, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, events, community engagement or a related field.
- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, resourceful and independent working style, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable taking ownership of tasks and seeing projects through to completion.
- Willingness to support occasional organisational events outside regular office hours, including on evenings, weekends and public holidays, when required.
