About the Role

At the intersection of partnerships, product, and technology, this role owns our most strategic digital wallet relationships across Southeast Asia. You will serve as the trusted advisor and commercial lead for key partners, driving growth, solution adoption, and long-term strategic value through executive engagement, technical expertise, and business leadership

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Leaders

  • hipOwn executive relationships with leading digital wallet partners across Southeast Asia, serving as the primary point of contact for business, product, and technology stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner strategies, priorities, and challenges, acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends, innovation opportunities, and best practices
  • Drive partner success by identifying opportunities, solving complex business problems, and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Solution Strategy & Architecture

  • Design and lead end-to-end solution strategies that combine product, technology, operational, and commercial considerations.
  • Translate complex capabilities—including payments, AI/ML, risk, identity, and cross-border solutions—into compelling business value propositions
  • Serve as the bridge between partners and internal teams, converting market needs into actionable product and engineering priorities.

Commercial Growth & Deal Leadership

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities that deepen strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth
  • Lead commercial structuring, business case development, contract negotiations, and long-term partnership planning
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and commercially sustainable solutions.

Cross-Functional Influence

  • Lead complex initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and regional teams to deliver on partner commitments.
  • Bring partner insights and market intelligence into product strategy, roadmap planning, and commercial decision-making.
  • Influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization to accelerate execution and drive strategic outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, solutions architecture, product management, or a related customer-facing role within payments, fintech, digital wallets.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs, to engage credibly with engineering teams, and to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Good understanding of the fintech and digital wallet ecosystem, preferably across Southeast Asia.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise partnerships and leading commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both C-suite executives and technical teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, drives cross-functional alignment, and delivers
  • results.Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred; pre-sale or post-sale experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the region
