Job Description

ABOUT HOMAGE

Homage is a caregiving and disability support services platform that combines qualified and trained caregivers with technology to provide personalised care towards wellness and recovery.

With a mission to enable older adults and those living with disability support needs to easily access and manage holistic care towards living with grace, dignity, and control wherever they are — within their homes and communities — Homage has built a pool of more than 30,000 qualified and trained care professionals. The company now operates regionally across Australia and Malaysia with more than 100 community and healthcare enterprise partnerships, and is proudly backed by Temasek, Jungle Ventures, and East Ventures.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Operations Manager to join our Fulfilment & Platform Special Projects team in Singapore. You will take ownership of high-impact strategic projects that directly drive our care fulfilment targets — from designing policies and workflows to building the operational and recruitment scaffolding that keeps our hybrid workforce running efficiently at scale.

This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of operations, product, and people. You'll partner with engineering, finance, marketing, and business intelligence to deliver scalable fulfillment solutions, then operationalise them through structured training and deployment frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end strategic projects from concept through to launch, with clear ownership of milestones and outcomes.
  • Drive initiatives that directly contribute to care need fulfilment targets across markets.
  • Track project performance, surface blockers early, and iterate quickly based on data and ground-level feedback.

Policy, Process & Standards

  • Define and document Policies and Procedures that govern fulfilment operations.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Protocols (SOPs) to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality of care delivery.
  • Continuously review and improve operational frameworks as the business scales.

Workforce Model Optimisation

  • Execute workstreams that streamline and optimise the deployment of a hybrid workforce model, spanning full-time staff, part-time staff, contracted staff, and locums.
  • Identify friction points in workforce scheduling, deployment, and utilisation — then design and test solutions.
  • Partner with HR and workforce planning teams to ensure resourcing aligns with demand patterns.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to design and implement key fulfilment solutions.
  • Translate operational requirements into clear briefs for product and technical teams; ensure solutions are built with implementation in mind.
  • Represent operations in cross-functional forums and align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs.

Training & Deployment

  • Operationalise new solutions by building comprehensive training materials, deployment manuals, and rollout playbooks.
  • Enable frontline teams and care professionals to adopt new processes smoothly and confidently.
  • Measure adoption, gather feedback, and refine materials iteratively.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related field — ideally in a fast-scaling technology, healthtech, or marketplace environment.
  • Demonstrated track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from design through to execution and measurement.
  • Experience working with or managing hybrid workforce models (full-time, part-time, contractors, gig workers) is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of process design, SOP development, and change management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to build and own reporting frameworks, define metrics, interpret dashboards, run root-cause analysis, and drive data-informed improvements and evidence-based decisions.

Who You Are

  • A structured thinker who can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and actionable plans.
  • An effective communicator who can align stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.
  • Energised by impact — you care about the mission and bring genuine drive to your work.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented but able to zoom out to see the big picture and manage competing priorities.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A meaningful mission — working on a platform that directly improves lives across the region.
  • A collaborative, high-trust culture with talented teammates across Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to own high-visibility projects with real operational impact.
  • Learning and development opportunities in a rapidly growing healthtech company.
