About the Role
Our Client is a growing healthcare service provider, seeking a Senior Manager for Strategic Operations & Innnovation to drive business excellence, innovation and ecosystem partnerships. This role will shape and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen our Client's position within Singapore's evolving healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement frameworks to drive operational efficiency, service quality, and cost optimisation
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional execution initiatives
- Support leadership in strategic planning cycles, including market analysis, business case development, and execution roadmaps
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Monitor healthcare industry trends and policy shifts impacting healthcare delivery models
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and digital solutions to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to pilot and scale innovation initiatives
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability within the organisation
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships within the wider healthcare ecosystem, not limiting to hospitals, community care providers, and private sector players
- Own and drive new business models, service offerings, and collaboration opportunities to expand market presence
- Support commercial discussions, partnership structuring, and implementation planning where necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Managament , or a related Healthcare/Clinical field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or healthcare transformation roles
- Strong track record in operational excellence and performance management frameworks
- Experience in strategic planning and execution within complex organisations
- Exposure to AI, digital health, or healthcare innovation initiatives would be highly advantageous
- Demonstrated track record and ability to build and manage cross-sector partnerships
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently
