Strategic Operations & Transformation Director

Lead major transformation initiatives across derivatives, securities, and post-trade operations. Partner with business leadership to design and execute operational strategies that support growth, scalability, and regulatory compliance. Drive system implementations, platform migrations, and operating model redesigns across cross-border teams spanning Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Compliance. Own governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and change management from requirements through delivery, while championing automation and operational excellence across the organization.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years in capital markets operations, business transformation, or strategic change roles
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation or system implementation programs
• Strong grasp of derivatives, securities, and post-trade operations
• Experience navigating complex, cross-border stakeholder environments
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle, exchange/clearing frameworks, and market infrastructure
