Strategic manager (Regional Operations & Business Development)

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Manager to lead regional expansion and business development for our preschool education group operating in Singapore, China, and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate preschool operations across Singapore and China, ensuring consistency in educational quality, regulatory compliance (ECDA, local China education authorities), and operational efficiency

- Drive strategic business development, including identifying and securing corporate partnerships, referral programmes, and new centre opportunities in Singapore and Greater China

- Lead cross-border initiatives, frequent travel to China and Malaysia for site visits, partnership negotiations, and operational alignment

- Develop and implement marketing & enrolment strategies tailored to regional markets

- Advise senior management on regional expansion, risk management, and long-term growth plans

- Represent the Group in high-level external engagements with government bodies, corporate clients, and education partners

Requirements:

- Proven senior management experience in education, early childhood, or related sectors

- Strong regional exposure in China and/or Southeast Asia

- Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills

- Ability to travel frequently to China and Malaysia

- Master's degree or equivalent from a reputable university preferred

Location: Singapore, China, Malaysia (with regional travel)
