Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Investment Associate to join our Singapore office. This role covers the full investment cycle - from pre-investment analysis, transaction execution, and post-investment management, to identifying and implementing strategic and industrial synergies across FPFH's portfolio. The position reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Investment: Conduct market research, industry analysis, financial modeling, and valuation for both financial and industrial investment opportunities.
- Transaction Execution: Support deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations across M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Post-Investment: Monitor portfolio company performance, track KPIs, and provide recommendations to enhance value creation.
- Strategic Synergies: Identify and propose collaboration opportunities between FPFH's financial and industrial platforms, including operational improvements, co-investment opportunities, and strategic alliances.
- CEO Support: Work closely with the CEO on Group-level investment strategy, portfolio management, and special initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's/CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic/industrial investment.
- Prior exposure to industrial or cross-border investment is a strong advantage.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
- High integrity, strong sense of ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
