Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with business leaders and management teams to support organizational goals through effective human resource strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring consistent implementation across the organization.
  • Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing coaching and support on performance management, employee development, and workplace concerns.
  • Drive positive employee engagement and foster a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Deliver training and guidance to managers on HR policies, employee management practices, and people-related matters.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to implement people-focused programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor employee relations trends, identify opportunities for enhancement, and recommend practical solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate actively in strategic planning discussions and contribute to the development of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Support ad hoc projects and other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a people-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, driving employee engagement, and contributing to business success through effective human resource practices.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, ideally within a HR generalist or business partnering capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and the ability to manage workplace matters with professionalism and sound judgement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience coaching and advising managers on people-related matters, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine passion for enhancing employee experience and supporting organizational growth.
