Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders and management teams to support organizational goals through effective human resource strategies and initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring consistent implementation across the organization.
- Lead and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace engagement initiatives.

- Monitor employee relations trends, identify opportunities for enhancement, and recommend practical solutions to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience coaching and advising managers on people-related matters, HR policies, and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
