Job Description

Are you a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a dynamic business environment We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to play a key role in driving people strategies, strengthening employee engagement, and partnering with leadership teams to support business growth and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Implement and administer HR policies, practices, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations matters and people-related challenges.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting effective communication, employee engagement, and strong working relationships across all levels.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning activities to meet business needs.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations, manage workplace concerns, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement effective people solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning and support organizational development initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or employee relations function.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
