Description
- Develop and maintain robust financial models, analyze business performance, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
- Track operating costs and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets and strategic objectives.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide accurate, timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners (including regulatory bodies and industry authorities) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Lead benchmarking studies, post-investment reviews, and performance improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; professional certification (CA/CPA) is a plus.
- More than 3 years of experience in financial analytics or strategic business roles.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP and reporting tools (Oracle, Tagetik preferred).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
