Strategic Finance & Governance Senior Manager

We're seeking a strategic finance leader to drive excellence and accountability at Pergas.

This full-time role plays a key part in driving financial sustainability and upholding integrity across our operations. You'll be involved in:

Leading the preparation of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting

Reviewing internal controls, managing audits, and ensuring regulatory, tax, and procurement compliance

Supporting the Investment Committee through analysis and projections

Mentoring and developing finance staff to promote professionalism and integrity

We're looking for someone who brings:

Experience in finance leadership and organisational governance

Familiarity with compliance, risk, and procurement policies

Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities

A commitment to ethical leadership and sustainable practices

The ability to guide and grow a values-driven team
