Role Overview

The Strategic Communications Manager is responsible for shaping the positioning and communication of our products and engineering capabilities for both internal and external stakeholders. This role supports business growth by translating complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling, and credible narratives that resonate with senior leadership, customers, and partners.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative communicator who combines storytelling, data, and market insight to craft persuasive storylines and high-impact communication assets. This role bridges engineering, product, and business teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment in all communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic positioning and storytelling efforts for products and engineering capabilities across the organization.
  • Translate complex technical and business content into compelling, business-relevant narratives aligned with growth priorities.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, and pitch decks; confidently present to senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify differentiation opportunities and inform content strategy.
  • Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for content ideation, rapid prototyping, and development of narrative and visual assets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, business development, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and credible messaging across internal and external communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, or related field
  • Relevant experience in strategic communications, product marketing, brand development, consulting, or storytelling roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical or complex concepts into concise, business-focused narratives.
  • Coursework or experience in advertising, corporate branding, or integrated communications is an advantage.
