The Role:

What will you do

The Strategic Communications Intern will play a key role in supporting strategic and internal communication initiatives. This position involves collaborating across functions to craft compelling narratives, manage internal messaging, and contribute to strategic projects that align with Schneider Electric's sustainability and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication Support

  • Assist in developing and executing communication plans for strategic initiatives and sustainability programs.
  • Draft internal content for newsletters, intranet posts, and leadership updates following Schneider Electric's tone and style guidelines.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create engaging, clear, and concise content for internal audiences.
  • Ensure alignment with brand values and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles.

Research & Insights

  • Conduct market and business intelligence research to support strategic messaging.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations for internal communication strategies.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field)
  • Creative storytelling and visual communication: ability to deliver presentations with ease and engage audiences
  • Interest in strategy & sustainability topics
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Teamwork mindset and stakeholder management (able to build relationships and effectively, work as team and empathy to address concerns of team members, customers/stakeholders)
