As a Strategic Alliance Manager, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

How you succeed

To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a proactive and strategic approach to building and managing alliances. This involves identifying key partners, developing business cases, and negotiating agreements that drive mutual value. You'll also need to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and product teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and grow partner relationships by maintaining deep, trusted engagement with existing channel partners.
  • Drive partner performance by actively nurturing ongoing collaboration to secure continuous and incremental referrals.
  • Expand the partnership ecosystem through the acquisition of new, highvalue partners to broaden our channel portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on channel effectiveness, providing timely insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of partner needs and business models, identifying opportunities for mutually beneficial growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align crossfunctional objectives and ensure seamless execution of partnership strategies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders. High levels of initiative, drive, and independence, while being an effective team player. Adaptable, energetic, and thrives in a fastpaced environment. A strong existing network of partners from previous partnership or alliance roles is a significant advantage. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to communicate effectively with specific partner segments.
