Develop Sales Strategies & Directions
- Together with the Senior Group Account Manager, they will study the customer and formulate the sales strategies and directions for key accounts
- Study competitor's product offering and strategies. As we need to position our proposal carefully, so understanding what is customer's needs, work process and print environment is very important.
Key Activities
- Liaise with key divisions to formulate a valued proposition to win RFPs.
- Prepare Pricing Proposal for key accounts together with the Senior Group Account Manager.
- Review pricing strategies with the Assistant Sales Director and Senior Director on the pricing approach for key accounts.
- Updating Sales Forecast on a yearly, quarterly, monthly basis.
- Attend assigned trainings to consistently keep abreast of our product and service offerings
Reports (PE)
- Prepare sales reports for key accounts reviews
- Prepare reports for sales reviews (or any ad hoc requests)
- All these are important, because we will understand the accounts better to plan our Strategies & Direction.
Account Receivables/ Billing Matters
- Assisting inter-division in reconciliation of billing discrepancies, collecting bad debts
- Preferably a Bachelor degree in marketing, business or a related field is required
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales or marketing
- Strong customer focus and customer service mindset who has a track record of successful achievements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English.
- Highly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends.
- Able to understand customer's business and critical processes and devise business solutions or services that will help customers to increase productivity and reduce cost.
- Outstanding sales mentality to engage, present and work closely with sales support operations.
- Resolute in meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
- Technically competent and able to integrate business and technical requirements into a good business proposal, maintaining excellent understanding of solutions and services in conjunction with business benefits.
