Job Description

Strategic Account Manager

Our client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage key Energy and/or Automobility sectors accounts and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Drive account growth through strategic planning and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer business objectives and identify opportunities to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead customer presentations, business reviews, and commercial proposals.
  • Develop and execute account plans to retain customers and grow revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage after-sales activities and proactively address customer requirements.
  • Support regional tenders, bids, and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes where required.
  • Prepare regular account performance and revenue reports for internal stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or consultative solution sales within a service-related industry.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, international express, air transportation, or supply chain is an advantage.
  • Exposure to the Energy and/or Automobility sectors will be highly regarded.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work across regional and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
