Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Leadership

. Own and grow APAC strategic accounts with a long-term value and lifecycle focus

. Serve as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key customers

. Align regional account execution with the Global Strategic Account team

Regional Growth & Market Positioning

. Lead and execute APAC strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share

. Position Smardt as the preferred provider for oil-free chiller, service, and lifecycle solutions

. Influence consultants, contractors, end-users, and key decision-makers

Customer Insight & Value Creation

. Build deep understanding of customer needs and buying journeys

. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and inform product innovation

. Formulate compelling value propositions to secure new and expanded business

Cross-Functional Collaboration

. Partner with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and regional teams to tailor solutions

. Ensure internal alignment across customer requirements, market needs, and delivery capabilities

Commercial Performance

. Deliver agreed sales and growth targets across assigned strategic accounts and regions

. Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations to protect customer and business outcomes
