Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Slurry Treatment Plant (STP) Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of the STP system supporting TBM tunnelling works. The role involves managing plant performance, ensuring efficient slurry processing and coordinating closely with tunnelling teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operation of the Slurry Treatment Plant (STP)
- Ensure efficient slurry separation, treatment and recycling processes
- Monitor plant performance and optimize system efficiency
- Coordinate closely with TBM and tunnelling teams to support operations
- Supervise STP operators and maintenance teams
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
- Maintain operational records, reports and performance data
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in STP / slurry treatment / TBM-related works
- Experience in tunnelling projects is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of pumps, separation systems, pipelines and plant operations
- Experience in managing teams and site operations
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
