. Supervise daily store/warehouse operations and staff activities

. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records

. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and deliveries

. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials

. Coordinate stock issuance and delivery to departments/customers

. Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits

. Prepare inventory and stock movement reports

. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store area

. Investigate stock discrepancies and damaged goods

. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics departments

. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

. Train and guidestorekeepers or warehouse assistants

Requirements

. 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventorymanagement

. Strong inventory and stock control knowledge

. Leadership and team supervision skills

. Good organizational and time management abilities

. Computer literacy

. Attention to detail and accuracy

. Ability to workunder pressure and meet deadlines, with flexibility to work extended hours whenrequired
