Key Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse/Store Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Accurately label, store, and organize items in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records using manual or digital inventory systems.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support cycle counting and annual inventory audits.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift and etc) safely, if required.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in stock levels or documentation.
2. Driving & Delivery Duties:
- Safely operate company vehicles (vans, trucks, or cars) for deliveries, pick-ups, and other logistical tasks.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely distribution of goods.
- Load and unload goods securely, ensuring no damage during transit.
- Verify delivery details with customers and obtain proof of delivery (POD) signatures.
- Perform basic vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, fuel) and report maintenance needs or incidents promptly.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure required documents (license, insurance) are up-to-date.
3. Administrative & General Duties:
- Complete and submit delivery logs, fuel records, and incident reports as required.
- Assist in warehouse administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members.
- Support other warehouse or logistics tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Secondary education or equivalent.
- Valid professional driver's license (Class 3 or equivalent as per local regulations).
- Minimum 2-3 years of combined experience in warehouse/storekeeping and driving roles.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
