Inventory Assistant

Location: Techview, Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: 7.15pm - 4.48am (Night Shift)

Basic Salary: $1,600 - $1,800 (Based on Experience)

Benefits & Allowances

. Daily OT (Minimum 2.25 hours)

. Meal Allowance: $4/day

. Night Shift Allowance: $10/day

. Attendance Allowance: $60 (Attendance-based)

Job Responsibilities

. Check delivery documents against Purchase Orders

. Inspect incoming materials for damage or pest infestation

. Ensure proper labelling and storage of materials

. Maintain secure, clean and organised store environment

. Manage Receiving, Quarantine and Finished Goods areas

. Perform FIFO for dispatch

. Update inventory in ERP system

. Conduct cycle counts and stock replenishment

. Support picking according to work orders

. Perform duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

. Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent

. Minimum 1 year logistics/store experience

. Knowledge of ERP (e.g. Microsoft Navision) is an advantage

. Forklift licence is an advantage
