Job Description

  • Ensure inventory scheduling strategy and processes are in place.
  • Work effectively in order to ensure inventory supply meets business needs with minimum stock level for all partners.
  • Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions and take ownership of inventory planning and related issues that arise.
  • Ensure consistent, timely and effective communication regarding inventory matters with Superior.
  • Receive and inspect all incoming goods.
  • Pack and prepare outgoing stock.
  • Ensure work area is tidy, clean and safe.
  • Lead the monthly stock take internally and externally.
  • Keep detailed and accurate record of the inventory.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly material inventory and consumption reports to management.
  • Communicate and coordinate with supplier and customers on inventory matters.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of inventory control experiences.
  • Relevant experience in distribution warehouse.
  • Knowledges of automotive industry will be an added bonus.
  • Able to type and write basic emails.
  • Knowledge in MS Applications / Office.
  • Has sense of urgency and able to support the Team whenever required.
  • Be able to work as a team and also as an independent individual.
  • A valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
  • May require to work on evening and weekends.
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
