Responsibilities
- Perform and ensure all goods are picked, packed, labelled, inspected, and in good condition prior to delivery or export.
- Ensure all outgoing items are checked and verified for accuracy before delivery.
- Responsible for the safety and security during delivery.
- Ensure that all delivered items are acknowledged by the recipient after inspection.
- Check for physical damages on equipment and packaging before receiving them from vendors.
- Ensure proper handling of all outgoing goods and loading to vehicles for deliveries.
- Assist in daily delivery planning and arranging transportation.
- Ensure proper handling during unloading for all incoming goods.
- Inspect all incoming goods to confirm they are in acceptable condition without damage.
- Update all movements of goods in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain safety and security as well as housekeeping within the warehouse.
- Maintain proper storage areas for goods convenient for customer collection.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License.
- Minimum NITEC Certificate in Business / Office Skills.
- At least 5 years of related working experience.
