StoreKeeper

A Stocks Keeper is responsible for managing and organizing inventory in warehouses, stores, factories, or stockrooms. Their main goal is to ensure materials and products are properly stored, tracked, and available when needed.
1 Receiving & Inspecting Goods

• Receive deliveries from suppliers
• Check quantity and quality against invoices or purchase orders
• Report damaged or missing items

2 Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records (manual or software-based systems like ERP)
• Update stock levels regularly
• Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder when necessary

3 Storage & Organization

• Arrange items properly for easy access
• Label and categorize products
• Ensure safe and clean storage conditions

4 Issuing Materials

• Issue materials to departments or customers as requested
• Record all outgoing stock
• Maintain documentation for audit purposes

5 Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare stock reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Conduct physical stock counts
• Assist during audits
