Our company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to support daily warehouse operations. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving and storing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, handling packing and labelling, and issuing parts to support operational and project requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in store or warehouse operations, be familiar with inventory systems, and possess strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Job Description:
- Receive incoming materials, verify delivery notes against actual items, and store them in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately enter details of received goods into the system.
- Locate and pick required parts from inventory and stage them at designated areas for easy access by the project manufacturing team.
- Pack and label inventory items systematically to ensure efficient tracking and retrieval for project use.
- Assist with the movement of equipment and materials using a forklift, where required.
- Print store purchase order receipts and verify quantities against supplier invoices.
- Assist technicians with the withdrawal and issuance of materials from store inventory.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Preferably with 2 years work experience.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Forklift license preferred (or willing to obtain).
- Familiar with delivery, packing, and import/export documentation.
- Good coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Physically fit for warehouse and packing activities.
