Job scope

• Maintain sales materials and support campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and service requests efficiently.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Sales & Project.
