Job Description

The Storefront Growth Lead is responsible for driving acquisition efficiency and organic growth by owning ASO and storefront conversion optimization for Last Z across global markets.

This role focuses on improving click-to-install performance on App Store and Google Play through structured experimentation, localized asset optimization, and keyword strategy.

Working closely with UA, Content, Product, and Data teams, the role ensures strong alignment between ad promise and storefront presentation, translating insights into actionable growth roadmaps that continuously enhance player acquisition and conversion metrics.

What You'll Do

Own ASO and storefront conversion optimization across US/EU and JP/KR markets, improving click-to-install CVR through icon, screenshots, preview videos, copy, and localized assets.

Plan, execute, and analyze storefront A/B tests for creative assets and messaging to maximize conversion and engagement.

Build and iterate keyword strategies (brand/category/competitor terms) to grow organic visibility and installs.

Monitor and manage app ratings and reviews in compliance with platform guidelines; collaborate with CS and Product teams to track recurring feedback, implement improvements, and align patch communications for optimal player experience.

Partner with UA, Content, and Data teams to ensure ad creative and campaign messaging are aligned with storefront presentation, optimizing overall acquisition efficiency.

Deliver regular growth reviews and actionable optimization roadmaps, using metrics such as CVR, organic installs, keyword performance, and ratings trends.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in ASO, app storefront growth, or mobile game growth; experience in US/EU or JP/KR markets preferred, including localization, conversion optimization, and region-specific storefront practices.

Strong A/B testing and data-driven decision-making skills; able to evaluate and optimize based on CVR, organic installs, keyword coverage, and rating trends.

Familiarity with localization operations and sensitivity to creative iteration for multiple markets.

Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration in a global working environment.

Strong cross-functional execution skills, able to work with multiple teams to implement optimizations and drive measurable results.
