Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and guide store staff in cashiering, restocking, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and display arrangement of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing daily sales reports and ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Support management in achieving sales targets and implementing promotions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail or convenience store operations preferred.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash register or POS systems is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
