Job Description

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Lead and manage retail store planning and fit-out projects from concept development through completion.

  • Coordinate with designers, architects, consultants, and internal project teams on store layouts, technical drawings, and design specifications.

  • Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.

Project Execution

  • Oversee project implementation including construction, carpentry works, M&E coordination, and finishing works.

  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with clients, landlords, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination.

  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to management and clients.

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.

Cost & Quality Control

  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.

  • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical specifications.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper project documentation including drawings, variation orders, and progress reports.

  • Ensure timely submission of project reports, approvals, and handover documentation.
