Store Operations Intern

We are looking for a Store Operations Intern to support the Store Executive in performing daily store, warehouse, and inventory management activities in compliance with the organisation's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving incoming goods and verifying against shipping documents and purchase orders.

• Support preparation of Goods Receiving Notes (GRN).

• Assist in tracking stock movement and updating relevant records for traceability.

• Help conduct monthly stock checks and preparation of inventory reports.

• Support proper storage of goods according to QMS requirements.

• Assist in packing goods for delivery following packaging standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and 7S housekeeping within the storage area.

• Support preparation of documentation for QMS reporting.
  
• Ensure all forms, records, and checklists related to inventory and goods receipt are completed accurately and filed in accordance with QMS documentation control procedures.

• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Competency Requirements

• Basic knowledge of warehouse or inventory operations (preferred).

• Ability to follow ISO 9001 documented procedures.

• Attention to detail in documentation and stock recording.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Physically able to handle light to moderate lifting.
