Our client is an established luxury fashion retailer known for delivering exceptional service and a premium shopping experience. They are seeking a Store Operations Coordinator to manage daily store operations, maintain an organized environment, and uphold the brand's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Operations
- Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and visually polished store that reflects brand standards.
- Oversee inventory processes, including receiving, tagging, transfers, and stockroom management.
- Support loss prevention through careful stock handling and security vigilance.
Customer Experience Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely product availability and replenishment.
- Keep the store environment clean, welcoming, and reflective of a luxury experience.
- Provide back-of-house support during peak periods and special events.
Technology & Systems
- Operate inventory management systems accurately and efficiently.
- Identify and report system discrepancies or operational issues to management.
Teamwork & Development
- Partner with store leadership and cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies.
- Participate in training and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years experience managing retail operations, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with retail systems (Inventory software) is a plus.
- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours.
