Job Description

Position Purpose

The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operation, growth, and performance of the retail outlet, ensuring excellent customer experience, strong sales performance, and efficient store management.

Work closely with the company director to develop the Company brand, increase revenue, and manage the store team.

1. Store Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and proper product display.

  • Manage opening and closing procedures of the store.

  • Monitor store performance and maintain high operational standards.

2. Sales Management

  • Lead the store team to achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Promote and sell TIERA bicycles, accessories, and related products.

  • Assist customers with product recommendations and consultations.

  • Execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches.

3. Customer Service

  • Provide professional customer service to all walk-in and online customers.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and build repeat business.

  • Ensure customers have a positive shopping and service experience.

4. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.

  • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

  • Coordinate with WarehouseSG logistics team for stock replenishment.

  • Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing.

5. Staff Supervision

  • Supervise store staff, technicians, and interns.

  • Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.

  • Ensure staff follow company SOP and service standards.

  • Train new staff on product knowledge and store procedures.

6. Service and Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate bicycle servicing and repair jobs.

  • Ensure service quality meets company standards.

  • Manage service queue and ensure timely completion.

  • Support technicians in resolving customer technical issues.

7. Marketing and Promotion Support

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and store promotions.

  • Support social media content creation (photos, videos, product showcases).

  • Participate in promotional events, roadshows, or brand campaigns.

8. Reporting

  • Submit daily sales and operation reports.

  • Track store performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Report operational issues to management.

9. Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure store operations comply with Singapore regulations and company policies.

  • Ensure only compliant PAB / PMD / PMA devices are displayed and sold.

  • Maintain safe working conditions for staff and customers.
