We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our caf team and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and staff scheduling
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns
Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
Execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
Train and motivate team members
Achieve store KPIs (sales, service quality, cost control)
Requirements:
2+ years of retail or F&B management experience
Fluent in English and Chinese
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Coffee industry experience is a plus
Responsible, proactive, organized
