As a Store Manager/Store Director, you will be instrumental in embodying the Brand's heritage and future, driving both commercial excellence and delivering an unparalleled client experience in your assigned store. Your mission will be to cultivate enduring client relationships, maximize business opportunities across all product categories, and ensure operational precision while upholding Louis Vuitton's global standards. This role demands a visionary leader who can inspire, innovate, and strategically manage all facets of store operations to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets within your specific market.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Coach and develop Managers to consistently deliver the Louis Vuitton promise to every client
  • Identify talent, build succession plans, and support growth through tailored development
  • Partner with Field Coach Trainer to address individual and team capability gaps
  • Organize teams effectively and delegate responsibilities to meet business needs
  • Translate strategy into clear goals and actionable plans
  • Set ambitious yet achievable targets; monitor and drive performance
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages innovation and ownership
  • Empower Managers to lead and develop high-performing teams

Client Experience & Business Growth

  • Lead the store's business with a strong understanding of market, clients, and opportunities
  • Maximize all product categories through collaboration, merchandising, and clienteling
  • Build a loyal clientele and drive repeat business through personalized engagement
  • Champion a client-centric culture that delivers exceptional experiences
  • Act as the voice of the store, sharing insights and recommendations
  • Represent the brand locally through networking and partnerships
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate across stores to enhance client experience and business performance

Sales Leadership & Floor Management

  • Lead by example on the floor, setting the standard for client engagement and sales
  • Identify opportunities and adapt to client needs and market trends
  • Ensure strong floor presence to maximize business opportunities
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback to elevate team performance
  • Support Managers in developing their teams through active coaching

Operations

  • Ensure policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently implemented
  • Monitor expenses, inventory, and risk management to protect store performance
  • Maintain a seamless, efficient, and compliant store environment

Profile

  • Experienced retailer or manager with at least 8 years experience, with a strong sense of customer service
  • Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics, client behaviour, and competitive landscape.
  • Proactive, results-driven individual, demonstrating initiative and commercial creativity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate large, diverse teams to drive exceptional performance.
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in operational management, clienteling strategies, and financial oversight.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and make strategic decisions that align with global objectives.
  • Strong communication, social and networking skills.
