About the Role: Store Manager (Full-time, On-site – Paragon Mall, Singapore)
We're on the lookout for a warm, capable, and experienced Store Manager to lead our first store in Singapore. In this role, you'll be the heart of our retail presence—ensuring smooth daily operations, nurturing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. You'll take the lead on everything from customer service and inventory to visual merchandising and team development. Most of all, you'll be an ambassador of our brand values and culture.
What You'll Be Doing
Retail Performance & Operations
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our brand's warmth and care
- Handle general store admin and ensure processes (e.g. cashier balancing, stock receiving/transfers) run like clockwork
- Maintain optimal inventory levels with accuracy—track, schedule, and reorder as needed
- Continuously improve retail processes to boost productivity and enhance the shopping experience
- Conduct regular stock takes and ensure strong loss prevention practices
- Partner with our Visual Merchandising team to keep the store looking beautiful and brand-right
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve store performance
Team Leadership
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of full-time and part-time staff who believe in our mission
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a strong, customer-focused team
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and budgets to ensure optimal coverage
- Set the tone for a fun, inclusive, and empowering team culture
- Mentor and coach staff to deliver excellent service and drive store results
- Resolve customer or staff issues with a calm, solution-focused approach
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of retail experience (fast fashion or lifestyle brands preferred)
- 3+ years of experience managing a retail team (front and back of house)
- Passionate about customer service and genuinely enjoys engaging with people
- Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to bring out the best in your team
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with retail systems, numbers, and reporting
- Flexible to work across shifts, including weekends and public holidays
